Motorclassica part 2.
Well another week has passed. I have survived my first week of work. The R.A still seems to be under control, all is looking good. I am an environmental services officer, well that's what one organisation called my position. What is it really--- I am a cleaner of..........Daadaaa toilets!! I work for a firm that has the contract in a humongous hothouse. At least I have my foot back on the workforce ladder. Any job is a good job at the moment.

DeleteI love seeing old vintage cars on the roads, they're so different from today's cars. And the owners must really enjoy keeping these old veterans going and seeing all the admiring glances.

A friend used to drive us to work in her mini... I was terrified !
ReplyDeleteThey are so much fun to drive. I took hubby for a spin, sped round corners in 4th gear. It was a hoot! I must have scared the stuffing out of him because he still talks about it years later, and not in a nostalgic tone either.
